Buffalo Churches.....
Buffalo, New York has some of the oldest and most beautiful churches in te United States. As with many American cities...so many buildings were destroyed by fire...and finding images of some of those lost structures is pretty rare... Notice that all of these church pictures show worshippers arriving by horse drawn carriage.
The inscription on this fragile journal dates it to 1844. Most of its pages were blank. The author had chosen to make her few entries on the pages with illustrations...and those illustrations contained Horses!!
