Here There Be Unicorns.....
Unicorns have long appeared in legends and stories as mysterious creatures to be feared and revered. Ancient historical writings describe them as fierce beasts possessing magical powers. In the accounts of the travels of explorer Marco Polo, the unicorn is described as a wild and savage beast.

More recently, modern American popular culture has transformed the unicorn into a much tamer beast. At times even portraying the creature as a nearly cherubic fat children's pony with pink flowing manes and tails....

This collection was inspired by the old descriptions found in traditional medieval unicorn lore
